Ice on Henry's Lake

Does anyone know if the ice has came off of Henry's yet? I was hoping to take my wife and kids up for the opener and do well agian this year. Last year we went up and started fishing at 12:01 and caught about a fish an hour until about 4am then we went back to the cabin and got some sleep. I slept in and got back there about 8 am and I had missed all the hot action where even people from Utah caught some fish. I ended up catching (and releasing) about six cutts in a couple hours. If the ice comes off late like it did last year is should be good fishing but bad for the cutts.

I don't know about Henry's but it is off Island Park Res. So it can't be far behind . Curt G.

Talked to a guy that lives up there. He said that hebgen was clearing around the edges, and that Henry's was still solid. I did not witness this, so take it at what it's worth.

I drove by it last week on Wednesday and it is for the most part still solid. There were a few sections along the bank the had some open water.
