Bama BFL ....prefished Thurs & Friday with favorable results.....Vince Hotton was using my boat as his engine lost # 6 cyl.......I fished from back as I was co angler in tournament. We had couple good days of practics, drew out friday nite withBrian Randall from Vance Ala.......Long rough run in AM to be dissapointed on top water as weather had changed drastically overntie. 8:30 we make even longer run to north end to protected areas , we each had 2 small keepers. Near 9AM , turn on, I had tied on a CHOO-CHOO black & blue jig with trailer, BANG...good 3Lbr....boater slows down, we limit out and start culing @ 9:45.We checked in @ 2:45, I weigh in.new leader @ 13lb9oz emoUp
emoGeezer .waited a long time to get there only to be shove to 2nd as an 18lb bag by another co-angler weighs in. emoDoh emoDoh . Ended up in 2nd place, nice $ ,was a good trip....good lake. Jeff Knight finished 14 as boater, Vince was 48th. All in all , a good trip except I had to replace a fuel pump on my truck on Thursday, so a good check helped balance the $$$$. <br /><br /> emoUp emoGeezer emoUSA
