Josh and I headed up tp Grasshopper this morning to prefish for a up coming tournament. We never venture that far up river and until today I had never set prop in the Hiawassee. I have always heard there was some good fishing up there so we thought we would give it a try. We fished from about 8 till noon and caught about 8 or 9 fish with only 1 or 2 shortfish. Caught all fisn in 3-6ft of water on plastics and frogs. Actually Josh caught all him but one on Shakey Heads and I caught all of mine on a Ribbet Frog. So I guess you could say we caught them from top to bottom. emoCool . We will definatly go back up that way and scout out somemore places up river. I would like to learn the Hiawassee more.<br /><br />Thanks,<br /><br />
