We started out making a short run north to try an area that had been producing only to find lil whisker and some yellow looking fish with stripes on them. Only a grn wanna be keepers was all we could find for the first 4 hrs of the tx. At twelve, dd22fish said he was glad the committee didn't do as he suggested by quiting at 12 cuz we would have been SOL emoScratch at that time. We picked up and headed to some different areas on the lake and finally found them biting around noon or so and the bite lasted til we had to weigh in. We did manage second place and second big fish. Most fish caught in 1 to 20 fow on jigs, worms, CB's, and SBaits. Water temp started out at 74 in the morning and warmed to 81 by the time we made our way back to CFP. Thanks again to all who ran the tx and organized the event and as usual it was great seeing everyone and the fellowship although I was about pooped by the time we finished maybe not enough drinks during the day possibly or maybe just carrying ddd22fish again today LOL. Thank you again Gary for the ride and being such a great net man today emoWorthy and as usual I had a blast
