We met up this mourning for day two of my education on the fine art of crappie. We went to training dock #1 for the day and I think Pat got one or two. We made a good run up river and tried bluff fishing without to much luck because appariently bass don't count at least not in Pats boat. emoPoke We ran into Hal and sead hello then fished the back side of the dock and began to catch some fish. I was thrilled to finally be able to see the bite. For those who don't know when fishing with 1/32nd oz jigs for crappie they don't hit like bass a crappie will suck the jig in and basicly sit there with it so the line goes slack. I'm a little hard headed and it took a while but thanks to Pat I belive I'm on my way. emoThanks
A big thanks to Drum king, Hal, Labman, Polo and my new fishing buddy Pat for taking the time to post and share with all who care to know your knowledge of crappie fishing and "the system". I'm glad we have men like yall to learn from.
Pat's got pics he may post later (he got a nice tarp!) emoUSA
