Got out with Steve today and had a ball!<br />He likes to fish for crappie and I was his fresh eyes for what he is doing or not doing as to catching crappie. emoTeacher <br />He wanted an outside point of view to allow him to analyze and help him get back to catching fish.<br /> emoAngler <br />We ended up catching a bunch, but not so good on docks.<br />Our best fishing was 1/32 in deep water. I used a 6 lb with my set up and he used 4lb for his.<br />The color seemed to matter and blue ice with a tail light seemed to be the successful combo today.<br />It was deep and you know we just pendulum down to about 15 to 25 FOW and there they are!<br />G1a will give us a keeper count as we let 10 or so TBs go free. I had a 15&quot; and we caught some nice big keepers.<br />That puts me at 9 TARPS so far this year. <br />I enjoyed our trip today and I thank you for allowing us to use G1a&#39;s boat.<br />We started around 6 and quit by 11:30 (chiggers and destroyers)<br />Thanks Steve for a fun day emoCool
