Went to SteckPark 6/30-7/3 for cat's. Wednesday night we got 4 they were between 6-8 lb. Thurs we just could not fish that night the wind was blowing so bad the pole holders were blowing around so bad you could not tell if you had a bite. Friday we got a few more during the day. Friday night the wind and rain started. The river had 3 foot waves. We caught a few more that night. We left early Sat morning.

They were all over the ground and roads out there. I caught some extra and froze them when I got home.

hey larkin force thanks a ton for the info ! freezing them is a good idea. a buddy of mine whille catching them tips a can of air that you would use to blow out computer keyboards and the like and freezes them more or less. those rascals can bite !

I know. I got plenty of bites on the fingers from them. Also that green stuff they spit stinks. But the cats love them.
