Strange morning in Harrison Bay...at least for me. I went out early Tuesday morning for a very short trip and caught not one but &quot;two&quot; small smallmouth - sounds funny. I caught both near or on a point in different sloughs coming out of HBSP if you were going toward Wolftever. I caught them on crankbaits. One was a crawdad color that I don&#39;t use much. I don&#39;t have a pic of the smaller one but it was jumping out of the water like it was shot out of a cannon. Those rascals can really fight. I didn&#39;t catch &quot;any&quot; largemouth but I had to leave early and my fishing was over by 10:00 am. I also caught a yellow bass, small blue cat, small crappie. I&#39;ve been catching a variety of fish lately but the size hasn&#39;t been there - that needs to change. <br /><br /><br />J.
