I want to try fishing a creek, fly, lure, or bait, on Saturday but I don’t know which one. I live in Idaho Falls and I don’t have any problem driving a couple of hours to fish as long as the fishing is decent. I would really like to catch a bunch of fish. Does anyone have suggestions on where to go? Please send me a message and tell where and what to try using.
Thanks,
Justin

Birch creek is an hour and a halfish drive and is easy pickings. It's a creek I always enjoyed fishing when in highschool. It's on the way to Leadore and is not far past mud lake.

I second birch creek. It's a planted creek so wait until they stock it if you can. Birch creek is a fun little creek.

Has to be copied and pasted to work correctly. Who in their right mind puts a space in a URL?

Has info on all the other family fishing waters too.

If we are talking creeks we should mention B*tch Creek. Kind of extreme but a lot of fun, and who doesn't enjoy telling people you went fishing there?

Everyone has given you great advice. With the exception o birch creek because it is stocked it will be tough to get detailed information on creeks.
I personally love creek fishing but don't give up much information because small creeks can be fished out quickly. The creeks in the Kilgore area should be getting good about now.
