I live in Provo and I'm trying to find a good place for jacks. I've got my honey holes for cottons (though they are too far for me to hit more than once or twice a season) just like everyone else but the jacks seem to be missing. Anyone willing to share?

They still haven't rebounded from the big die-off 2 years ago. I'd bet they'll be bouncing back in another year or so. All the places up north and west that I hunt haven't had jack (pun intended) for the past couple years. I've heard that down south is still good, but it is a long drive. Good luck in your quest, I wish I could help you out.

I got a tip that the old Pony Express trail out past Tooele was having a resurgance of Jacks, but I can't confirm it's validity.
I haven't even SEEN a Jack since New Years Day of '07.
