I was priviledged to fish with the Labman today. We put in around 6:30 at CFP in search of some bass but found many others also.
We fished mostly drops and humps on the main lake using dropshot rigs and also jigging spoons. Also fished some grass and caught a couple there too on top water and spinner-baits. I had bass to blow up on a spook 4 times, hooked 2 but only 1 made it to the boat.

I'd say Norman caught the most for sure but I did learn a lot today about new ways to target bass. The jigging spoon was new for me and sure was fun although we found several other species in the process.
The best I can remember we had 5 bass and Labman had the largest at 4.5 lbs on a jigging spoon over deep water. We also caught about a dozen yellow bass and a dozen or so drum and he may post some pictures of his bass and possibly some drum too. I even caught a crappie in about 40 fow on a jigging spoon and he was about 13+inches. It was a fun day for sure.

Thanks Norman for another great day on the water. I appreciate your hospitality and letting me work the net, We stopped around 1pm.
