A little help with an inflation valve name

I need some identifacation for an air pump connection for a boat. The boat has floats on both sides of it, and a heavy/sturdy middle. It has this funny looking air valve connection, I was wondering if anyone could tell me what it's called.

First of all, welcome to the site Forest.
