Finally heading back to familiar territory. Back on the chick and back in wolftever. decided to try something new and headed into wolftever area.. found a point back there that was VERY productive. water was 8-15ft. threw a deep running cranker and immediately hooked up with something big.. never got to see it before it got off. (may have been a 48lb SM!!! emoBig
) Caught about 8 fish on this spot before heading out.. Observation... the guy that fished this spot before me..(i watched him for about an hour while i was fishing other points) and he was using trolling motor.. i didnt see him catch anything but when i was fishing, i was anchored.. just a thought.<br /><br />headed to my normal spot later on and the fish have moved into 12-18ft water. caught plenty of yellow and a few spot.. headed home to get ready for work in the morning..<br /><br />sorry it is so short but there really wasnt much to write about..
