I like Scuds, small PT, haresears off an indicator, and Dries, Caddis, PMD, Mosquitos, Adams.

Cripples in olive also with a gray WD40 about 18" dropper.

Sow bugs are prevalent in the river all year. A sure-fire way to catch fish on the LP is to nymph with a sow bug and midge larva combinations with a lot of weight, and bounce it along the bottom under an indicator.

Not the most glamorous way to fish, and the elitists might turn up their noses at you for doing it, but it will catch fish.

I don't know how low you're talking about, but small hare's ear (20) will get you into plenty from the mouth of the canyon up to the first park, Canyon View I think. I haven't hit the Provo in a couple of weeks. Last time I was there the water below the dam at Canyon View was perfect, from there to the Olmstead Diversion dam was a little high and fast. If the water from Olmstead down to Canyon View has come down, adams in the evening will kill 'em.
