Water Temps are 63-66 and clarity is great, 8ft vis minimum. I've been out the last two days. Fishing is good and improving. You have to work to find the deep fish but when you do they bite really good. I've been catching 15-25 fish per trip with at least one big fish and some days a few bigs. Fish Heads, Worms, Jigs, Drop shots, Jerkbaits, etc, etc. There are a few shallow fish up around banks, points, and bluffs but the deep fish are more reliable for me. The deep schools are ranging from 20-45ft and there are some really big spots and apparently slime balls mixed in.

Here are a few pics from the last two days. Yesterday I had a morning trip and finished the day with my partner and today was out with Alan Stanley from 7:30a-2p. Big fish of the week is this 5+lb spot and today Alan cursed me with the 5lb Hollow Headed SLIME BALL that was apparently wondering around aimlessly in the lake and somehow found it's way onto a hump and ate our fish head spin. Luckily I didn't have to touch it, just hope I can get the smell off the boat.

I'll be back out Friday and have days available next week if anyone wants to get after a big spot. Now is a great time to work on your electronics and catch the trophy spot of a lifetime.

here's the link to the GON report with pics.. http://forum.gon.com/showthread.php?p=54...4202

LB
