Hey everyone, awhile back I posted a story in The Daily Herald about how the state had basically given away the Provo Bay (Mud Lake) to the surrounding land owners. I placed a comment on the online Daily Herald article, and Sat. night the reporter who wrote it called me and asked for my input for a follow-up story. It quotes me, as well as my father, and our opinions about what is going on. It looks like in Oct. a judge will decide whether or not to hear the case to reverse the decision and give the access back to the public. I'm going to get ahold of the reporter to find out when it will be, and when there will be public input. This is our chance to speak out for our rights as fishermen and public in general to fight for our rights and for the environment. (Never thought I would be on the same side as the environmentalists! lol)
