Team, so far we've got 17 boats signed up and enough support for around 40 DAV anglers on these boats. Please review the spread sheet and if I don't have all your info correct on their send it to me in a PM and I'll add it. I'd like to have everyone's real name to add with their BFT name so if your's isn't on there it's because I don't have it. I'm also not posting the personal phone numbers on here but just keeping them in case I need them.
I know many of you have been asking me questions about the details such as times, etc. Unfortunately I don't have any of that info as I am not one of the official organizers. I was just trying to help out Bassrods and Geezer by getting the boat list going. I sent a PM to Bassrods asking him to post some details of the itinerary as many people want to know before commiting. I keep hoping we'll see that info soon. Thank you all that have commited so far for helping out.

I'm not 100% sure of this but I suspect the Vets will arrive at Soldier Creek somewhere between 6:30 & 7:00 AM. If we do as we did last time, we will go to the entry gate where there will be a flag raising ceremony followed immediately by going to the boat ramp where the Vets will be partnered up with boaters and we'll GO FISHING.
We will return to the marina at 1:00 PM where we'll unload the boats etc. and then go to the pavilion for lunch and some other festivities that bassrods has in mind.
I want to stress again that ALL THE BOAT PROVIDERS AND THEIR CREWS ARE INVITED TO THE LUNCH AND OTHER ACTIVITIES.

Thanks Geezer, that's exactly the kind of information people have been asking me for and I did not have. I am keeping the spreadsheet update every couple days. I have a few people wanting to volunteer that don't have boats and aren't fishermen. Who would I put them in contact with?

HeyTodd, I've been PMing OldTroller, who is in charge of boat launching and parking, he told me that those with boats should arrive around 6am, to get boats launched and be ready for the Vets by 6:30am or 7am. I'll see if I can ahold of Emily to see if we can get a firm time on the Vets arrival.

I believe Wet1 is a Packer Fan as well, but thanks for your support for the event Tom. It would be nice if we could get some of your RM Tackle friends to join us I know they are set up for fishing Trout and Kokanee. There are alot of open campsites.

Actually I'm a Cowboy fan. Have been since I was a youngster and the Staubach days! I am also a BSU fan and support former BSU players and home town boys like Kory Hall, so sometimes I root for the Packers, except when they play Dallas![:p]

DAV team, thanks so much for the response so far. While it looks like the BBQ portion of the operation is coming together well we are still about 1/2 short on the number of boats that we need. Currently we've only got 18 boats signed with accomodation for about 28 vets. Please canvas your friends and lets get out there and hit up family as well. If they aren't members of the board give them my phone number and have them call me.
