I have caught stripers in the Virgin basin @ Lake Mead that had clams inside of them...I dont know how well they digest the shells. I have also found chicken bones inside of them but then I was throwing the KFC bones in the water.

I like it when there are five 10" trout in a Striper's belly!

Last time I was at Echo Canyon Reservoir I chummed with can corn. I use a toy plastic Jai Alai Bota to throw out chum. I then use Powerbait Corn nuggets to fish.

The fish I caught all had corn in their stomachs. Chumming works and it is a dinner call for fish.

I see laker plaza loaded with corn... What fish in mead dine on corn??? Carp is about the only thing I can think of... Btw the trout at willow are stuffed with thousands of little snails kind of weird... Of you pull in seaweed down there you will see hundreds of the little black boogers...

I saw a video once of these yuppies who had a guide take them to some stiper spots on mead and they only used corn - the vid showed them opening the bellies and they were just brimmed with corn - also, about a year ago I was doing some good old fashioned carp fishing at scenic overlook and ended up catching a ton of catfish! 5 kernels up the line and i'd hook up within a couple minutes

myself and my family have both taken channel cats on corn out of lake mead, and there is a video on you tube that has a guy cleaning lake mead stripers with guts full of corn, I can't find it but I have seen it. [fishon]

If you take a look at laker plaza they sell korn by the gallon lol. Its a tactic a lot of the guides and anglers use out there. I guess its pretty effective, kinda like leaving a keg o beer floating around a bunch of alcoholics.
