Nice Crappies !! What do folks use in Alabama to catch them slabs besides live minnows ?? I know the slabs here in Utah would go nutts if it were legal to use live bait here !!!

i havent been back out as much as i would like i think i have been twice since my last post. School started and ive work stacked to the roof every day. i hope to get out soon its starting to warm up!

All i use is minnows and jigs (tightline) i tried the crappie crank bait with little success i couldnt find one that would dive deep enough going to try that this spring.
