It's still at century boatland untill his paper work is finished then we will begin ours. It is a 16' gregor with a 30hp evinrude and side steering. I think it will be just right.

That was a great day of fishing. Even if you don't get them all in the boat, it is a great memory catching fish like that.
Idahopanfish, that is great that you are getting a new boat!

There is a good ramp off of the trapper creek road if you look on google maps it will show the ramp.

Nice walleye. At least you know it's still there. I tried Oakley a couple weeks ago and plan to go back with my canoe or Bucksbag. I hope the walleye are hanging off the rocky points. Let me know if you want a crew for any trip and I'll buy the gas and sandwiches. If you get to Idaho Falls, I'll show you some fishing on the South Fork of the Snake.

Thanks, but for some reason I am not able to figure out where the ramp is. i see the map, and have the driving directions. Is it about half way down on the side with the road? Or is it by the dam?
Sorry, this is what my wife likes to call " Chuck happens"
Thanks.

Nope no warnings or hazards other than watch the road in sometimes you get to watching the reservoir and not the road. It can be a long way down. Access is easy somtimes we put the boat in in my toyota 2 wheel drive pickup. Good luck
