middle fork of boise road?

Anybody know if the boise middle fork road is open? Twin springs flow isn't much higher today, than it was
July 1 last year, and I had fun that day...

Road want bad. Definitely saw some snow along the sides of the roads and river. Fish weren't interested in anything.
