went to strike yesterday and we caught about 40 to 50 smallies w/ the biggest at only 2.25. watched the weigh in at the ramp and we would have got 3rd out of 10. not bad but nice to finally get some good numbers. the week long tourney must have put a lot of pressure on them. water was 59 to 63.

Sound like a good day! Thanks for the report. I was wondering how the fish would respond to the pressure from the tourney. I'm headed down on Tuesday. I'll let you know how we do.

most we caught were the protective males which would take the bait and move it as opposed to eating it so we missed a few more than usual but i would say only about 10 keepers.ps the males are squirting.
