More carp action

Hit Utah Lake, going after the carp. I landed 4 and I also hooked into a small catfish. I have to admit, I'm getting addicted to going after carp with my fly rod. And the good news is today I managed to not break a rod, lol.

Yeah I'm jealous I'm still trying hard to get a carp on a fly at my carp spot. Can slay them with a rod but they are just so finicky with the fly. Fun though cause I'm getting closer in my owm personaly tied flies to what they want. I have been testing different "bread" flies with some interesting conclusions!

What alwere u using because I'm going to bear lake and I might want to catch some carp on fly rod ????

I find the bread flies can only work if they are actively feeding on the top. I have got way more action on the bottom.

You gave me an idea however, a WHITE Elk Hair Caddis. Multi task...[]
