Penn International Torque300 OR Avet JX 6/3 MC 2 Speed Reels

Hey this is my first post, I am thinking about buying a reel for casting on the bank or on the pier. Which one would be better for casting off of the shore or on the pier. The PENN International Torque300 Star Drag OR the Avet JX 6/3 MC 2 Speed Reel?
Right now I could get the avet for 419$ or the PENN for 300$?
