Deep Creek Ice

Does anybody have any reports on the ice up at Deep Creek? I want to take my brother out and get on some ice this weekend. I'm looking to head up there tomorrow with my brother and hopefully get on. I checked the recent temps this week up there and for the past few days the high hasn't been above 25-30 deg with the lows below 10.

I drove by there today. It is iced over. I am not sure how thick it is. I am going to leave it alone for a few days and nights. It looks like there has been atleast one person on Devils. Close to the dam. Crazy is as. Crazy does. Becareful and good luck. Idaho [signature]

Thanks for the info, I think am going to give it a shot tomorrow or Sunday and i'll let ya know how it goes if I do. I usually fish really close to the shore when I go there to but if it doesn't look thick enough when I drill through I might hea. d up to danials. Last winter the fish I pulled out if Deep Creek were gorging on snails. Anybody else see that? What would be a good bait to imitate that, and what else have you guys had luck with up there?

Well i'm about 95% i'm going to give Deep creek a run tomorrow. Going to try to get up there real early and hit it along the damn probably. I'll post a report when I get back and hopefully I'll have pictures of some fish to go with it.... (knock on wood)
