I'm planning an outting with some friends for New Years day up to Henry's before they close it until spring. I've never made it up there this late and am not sure where I'll be able to access, specifically parking wise. I'm driving a subaru outback so I can go a lot of places but it's still not a large 4 wheel drive truck. I was thinking about over by the hatchery if they plow the parking area this time of year (not sure where else I'd park this time of year there). Maybe Wild rose. I'd be open to Staleys or the state park area if the roads into there are accessible. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Get there very early , the parking lots fill up very early . They plow the lot at the hatchery . On the web cam for the state park it shows they are still driving in there . The best fishing will be at Staleys , I don't know about getting a parking spot there with your vehicle . Good Luck Curt G.

The county dock is car accessible and so is the pullout between Staleys and the highway (I think it's called the stump hole).
Good luck.
