Its capped. Not sure how thick the main lake is but the harbors are fishable. As always use caution and drill a test hole if in doubt.

there was a lot of people at af boat harbor catching white bass between 6 and 12 inches 4 inches of ice.

When I checked the main lake side at Lindon it was maybe two inches?

It held me for the few feet that I walked out to drill but it was cracking way more than my liking.
