Went to Chicken Creek West on Tuesday. Found 4 inches to 12 with various spots of slush/crust on top of the ice. Good luck.

Went to the Ladders today and I measured the ice at 8 inches. The slush that was around has frozen solid. There is an inch of snow on everything so walking around is very easy. Fished at four different locations and depths, 28, 13, 22 and 32 ft. Saw two big suckers swim through at 8 ft watch them look at the jig then turn away otherwise nothing. One group said they caught planter bows in water that was around 12 ft deep during the late afternoon. Have Fun!

Sorry, Utah Sucker fish is what I saw. This last year we caught several of them on the strawberry side of the lake and saw large schools of them swim past the boat in the mornings.

Here is a shot of one from the end of June up there. Could be interesting through the ice on a little rod!
