I made a quick trip to Echo this morning and man was it cold. I started fishing about sunrise. Fishing for trout was good I caught a limit of nice bows on a white paddle bug tipped with a waxie. I managed one perch and missed a couple more on an orange/silver ice fly. All in all a good day. Hope the pic posts okay. It was cold enough that my camera didn't want to work out on the ice this morning.

Nice, those Trout look pretty clean, i am amazed as low as the water level is there .No anchor worm marks.

How thick is the ice getting? How much snows out there? How where the edges? Thanks in advance.

Ice is probably 6-8 inches and solid with just a little snow on top. The edges were frozen hard nothing soft.
