i was thinking about taking my son to mantua in the morning and was wondering if anyone has been out there lately ? how was it and ice thikness. any info would be greatly appreciated.

me and the wife went up last week after work cause we live in perry for a quick trip and the ice on the south side was about 8 to 10"

My son and I went to the ice fishing festival today. Lots of people on the ice and there were still some trout being caught. We went to the other side of the lake for a few ours afterwards and got a few trout, bluegill, and perch.
