Sand Hollow

I got inspired to head back to Sand Hollow after reading about the tournament.

Sadly, I pretty much got my butt kicked again. We put 3 fish in the boat and missed a few others. But, we really had to work for them.

We were drop shoting in 30-40'. Marked a lot of fish, but they just wouldn't bite. Water temps were in the low 40s. Still pretty dang cold.

Weather was amazing though and I think it's just going to get better from here on out.

I was surprised by how many big wake boats were coming out to play already. Everyone has spring fever!

Ugh, I feel your pain and send my sympathies your way. At least you didn't get skunked, right?

Sucks to hear that the dingleberries are already out, that's just a crying shame. No pics?

Another five weeks and it will be great fishing at Sand Hollow. I am looking forward to my trip south in April. It will be the mayden voyage on my new boat the SS Minnow Johnson.[]

Wow thats crazy my Uncle is there right now. Last I heard they only caught one they moved all around and fished it hard as well. Spring is coming. With this long winter everyone is get excited to get out.
