I can't personally vouch for it, but my buddy said Bountiful Pond is clear. I noticed Mill Pond is clear. Sandy Pond, and Murray Park are both clear.
What are you looking to catch? [signature]

Basically all ponds are ice free now after this warm weather but the fishing sucks.

Ha ha ha I haven't been to willow since my amazing ice bow from there ha ha ha. I went to a few places then check out kidney pond and just caught one fish in like 1 hr with a few bites. It's just interesting that they haven't stocked those ponds yet because I remember in the past 3 years before my spring break they would stock them up let's see if they will stock it this weekend before my spring break ha ha ha.

Ya I just wish the snow was all gone and ice. If you find the right lakes up there there can be some monster fish, so far my biggest brookie is 16" on the great fairy wond [laugh]

take a snowmobile and your board. roads most of the way up are good but once you get closer to the gates the snow gets deeper and deeper [signature]

One word Tyler...Chironomids.[ ] Did great Friday. Met Pa there, think he did pretty well too but I know he likes buggers too.[signature]

It was pretty slow at the willow the other day, but I enjoyed being out none the less. I usually do pretty well there with hares ears, phesant tails, and buggers. Only managed 1 that day though.
On another note, Joni showed me something else I cant live without. It was her Allen Compass rod. Gots to have one now. Went to the Expo today looking to pick one up,but couldn't find one. Sure was disappointed at the lack of fishing gear at the Expo this year. Any way I WILL have one of those Compass rods. [signature]

Sorry Pa, my mistake, you mentioned Expo and I was thinking Wasatch Fly Tying which is next weekend and yes Justin will be there.

I just picked up a compass rod with a free floating line for $100. Lets just say I have put my $500 sage away the last few trips. Great rod! How do you fish the hares ears and pheasant tails? With an indicator? [signature] |
