Strawberry Ice fishing

Was sure windy today and cold. We had the snowmobiles out on the ice. ice was a good 30 inches. Fish were common before 10 in under 10 feet of water and hit and miss in deeper water until we left at noon. We ended up catching about 20 rainbow and one Cut on the Soldier Creek side.

You had better success than I. Only found a few fish in 12 ft, and none shallower or deeper. Drilled lots of holes through 24+ inches of ice, but couldn't find any fish where I have had success before.
The road to S.C. Marina is passable for 4wd. [signature]

Next time you hit Strawberry please tell her too start melting because I want some of here big cutties and bows on my fly rod [crazy].
