Before and after walleye pics

Hit Utah lake last night late. I landed the one walleye and had a few bonus fish as well. I used bright curly tails. My brother got there before me and caught this pig. Yep, that's a two liter bottle. Congrats brother.

Nice walleyes.......They are given for this time of year, I personally like your bonus fish better. I havent caught many of them for awhile.
Looks like I need to hit my honey hole[] I could use a nice plate of fish and chips.

I've eaten crappie and walleye side by side in every recipe I do and walleye just doesn't do it for me like crappie. Especially those big fat Powell crappies. You actually get some meat with your breading on those babies.

He said 29". The other fish pictured was caught by our friend. I think it was above the slot as well, but I don't know if they put a tape to it.

Crappie, walleye, either way is some good eats. I love how easy crappie are to fillet.
