Yankee Meadow Reservoir

Anybody been up to Yankee Meadow lately? Enterprise is getting a little hot. Need to cool off more. Also, I wanted to try my new gold Jake Spin-a-lure. Any opinions on those lures?

I love Jakes. Make sure you use a swivel with them. If you're fishing them for trout I found that I have the best success with a slower retrieve with a piece of nightcrawler on it.

I have been using a piece of shrimp with the Kastmasters and that seems to work well. Just enough to cover the hook. Then I eat what I don't use after I get home. Guess I'm kind of spoiled with the shrimp.
