yuba pike..

me and my 2 boy's Tommy and Jonny went over to yuba today and crushed the pike.. caught about 15 or 16 and one eye.. big one of the day was tommy with on thats was 43 inch and 26 lbs. it was a fat toad...

[sly] slash was in fine fourm yesterday. he started out slow. jonny had 2 pike and the one eye we caught before the rest of us even hook one.. then it was my turn i hit like 4 in a row then tommy went to my fake A/C plug box.. the ones i make, and it was over then.. well tell we broke every one of them up that is.. i guess i need to make some more soon.. he caught the big one 10 min's after putting the first one on. we caught 3 more that were in the teens befour all the bill's were broken off the fuzzy/plugs.. and 2 of them are so messed up i dont think i can fix them.. oh well they did what i asked them to do.. lol catch a big fish.. yeah it was a dandy. tommy want to try againand i cant wait to get back and try it again too.. but for now i'm in Fairbankes Ak for some money.. might get a chance to fish i hope.. if not i'll be back there in a week.. then might have to give it a try again.. [sly] [fishin]

Nice fish Fussy. We were down there last week and had a blast. Our biggest was 38in. Had a real big one fallow but he just nipped at my lure a few times.

Fairbanks area has some of the very best pike fishing in the nation! Get out to minto flats!

i'm working out at the power plant on the fort wainwright.. it's a small job. but hopeing for a day lay over and go out give it a try somewhere.. i'm thinking qurtz lake. last time i was there in june we were catching 6 to 12 lbs rainbows on egg sasks... fun fishing.. the kings are in the river and some are being caught but i'm not into combat fishing any more.. lol
