Diamond Fork good news/bad news
#1
Ran up Diamond today on my lunch break and got into a nice trout. bad news is that I think my black SOG pocket knife that my dad gave me jumped off my belt somewhere along the way. I am going to head back up after work to try and track it down but if anyone is up in the area today or over the weekend please let me know if you find it. I have attached a pic of the fish as well as a screen shot of where I was fishing. I let the fish go so if you want to find a knife and a nice fish, follow the treasure map.

thanks!

sorry to hear about your knife[:/] I will probably be hitting that place up in the near future and will keep my eyes peeled. Out of curiosity how high is the river right now?

Thanks boys. I cruised back up there later in the day yesterday and found it! I couldn't believe it, it was sitting right there on the bank where I first rigged up. As far as how high the river is, I'm not from that part of the state, I am just working down there so I don't really know what normal is. Based on what I see around the banks its pretty moderate. I know it has slowed down from when I was up there a few months ago becasue I was able to wade across pretty easily just rolling up my pants and pulling my boots off. that is a beautiful river, i wish it was closer to home.

I feel your pain... I left my favorite knife up at the pinnacles after I used it to cook up our brats. Went back and someone had snagged it within an hour. Hope you find yours!
