Much, much better customer service and better rod and reel selection. Easily as good as Cabela's on guarantee and prices. Seriously.
Now on waders and flyfishing gear, not so great.

I do have to agree on customer service and they do truly seem to be trying to make it better. When I was there, the clerk (or manager) made a list of things I would like to see. Don't know if anything will come from it, but he tried in my opinion.
Love that store for Bike stuff.

I checked it out today and they actually had some really good deals. They had curado reels for $99 and Abu Garcia veritas rods for $69. They had quite a few decent sales.
