The limit is two brown trout UNDER 15" from the Deer Creek Dam downstream to the Olmstead diversion dam (below Vivian Park, and above Bridal Veil Falls) This section is artificial flies and lures ONLY. From this dam downstream all the way to Utah Lake is the general statewide 4 trout limit- bait allowed.
Hope this helps. And keep a your couple under 15 if you fish upstream of the Olmstead dam. There are way too may stunted browns in this section, but a nice place close to home to hook a few fish. [signature]

I was way below Vivian... I was at Canyon Glen Park.. I was using a lure. I took 2 browns. I think I broke the law then... The browns were at least 16+

No you are good if you were Below the Olmstead Dam (which Canyon Glen Park is). It's above it that has special regs.
