I need some help if anyone is willing. First, I got a hole in my skagit pontoon bladder a couple of weeks ago. I patched it with the patch that came with the toon and it seemed to work, however, I took it out yesterday and now it's not holding air [mad]. Is there anything I can get at Walmart (since it's the only store I'm going to have access to for the next few days) that would work?
Secondly, I'm headed to Bear Lake for the weekend and I have never really fished anywhere around there. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Tire patch kit with gorilla glue? Maybe double patch it, smaller patch under a larger with gorilla glue on top patch. I'm sure you can tell I'm guessing.
Gorilla Glue is awesome and bonds when wet.

Aqua seal will do the trick. Now where are you now? You said you will be going to bear lake for the weekend. Aqua seal is sold at dicks, sportsmans, cabelas and other fine establishments. Walmart fly shop may have it too. Check on line they may have it in store.

Right now I'm in Manila and will be heading to Bear Lake through Evanston. I'll look around and see what I can find. Thanks for the help!

Goop is amazing stuff. There's a Marine Goop, but the only difference between it and Shoe Goop or any other Goop is the label. They're all UV-proof, stick like crazy, and are flexible when cured. It should work by itself if you massage it into the leak, but a layer or patch material over it would be even better.

I would recommend coming through Evanston its not the fastest route to Bear Lake from Manila but it at least has a sporting goods store and a wal mart. Sports World is at 524 Front Street which is close to the Wal Mart you could prob even call ahead and see if he has what you need. They dont have everything but not bad for Evanston. Once you get to Bear Lake if you havent found anything try Pugstones in Garden City he is right in the middle of town at the 4 way stop on the highway he might have what you need as well but my first bet would be Evanston. As far as fishing at Bear Lake havent had time to go in the last couple months but the power squad is usually out in full force there and I could only imagine trying to fish this weekend would not be real productive. But off cisco beach or the east side is where I would start

Oooh stay away from gorilla glue on a rubber raft that stuff dries hard like cement could cause more damage to your toon. If im not mistaken the skagit pontoon bladders are made of vinyl. Auquaseal would be my first choice, then Loctite for vinyl, or if you can find it Vynabond ro Clifton Adhesive.
In a pinch , Walmart sells a Classic Pontoon repair kit it woul dget you back on the water for your trip But once you get home id get the Adhesives listed above +1 to Vyabond & Cliftons
Oh just FYI give the adhesives atleast 4 to 6 hours perferably 24 to dry before launching again
Classic Accessories Pontoon Boat Repair Kit:
