Going to af boat harbor

I am going to utah lake at af boat harbor and I was wondering are the cats on? Also if you fly fish what flys for wight bass. If you don't fly fish are bass on will they take some jigs

I've been going to AF harbor just about every Saturday this summer, and haven't been skunked on the cats since March. Shrimp has been the hot ticket for me. I threw a white curly tail all over the harbor on Monday and didn't catch a single white bass. I did catch several catfish on the jig though, it was fun.
