Saw in the paper this morning (7/20) that they have re-opened the north marina for boat launching. Some areas of Eagle beach are still closed, though.

With what? I guess they could fill it up with dirt or something and make the water level rise, but I doubt there's any water that will be added before next spring's runoff.[crazy] [signature]

Indeed. In the West, there is not one drop of water that isn't completely spoken for, owned, allocated, and used - even before the first snowflake falls every year. In fact, most water is already more than 100% spoken for. We already have and get less than the water owners are entitled to.
The only thing that Willard is going to do until next Spring is drop. [signature]
