Yuba pike info

I caught my first pike ever this year at yuba in open water. So now I want to pull one threw the ice. No clue about line, bait, depth. Would be very appreciative of some how-to information.

read some infisherman, go to their site. it helped me catch quite a few last year through the ice and that info has also helped out some others.

They can be caught on a whole minnow (dead of course) in about 15 to 25' of water. Rocky areas seem to be the best (at least that is where I have fished and where I have seen most of the other anglers fish).
