Strawberry 2/1 - what event is taking place?

Hey Everybody,

Just had a quick question. I keep hearing people say Strawberry is going to be "Crazy" on February 1st and heard another group talking about fanboats (airboats). Is there some sort of event going on that day? Trying to figure out if I should avoid going that day or what? Any input is appreciated, Ive looked online and can't find any info. Thanks for the help

A bunch of guys from the air boat association will be getting together. Its not like they will be on top of you. Some will start from the Marina and others will go to the ladders to unload. It will be no different then the thousands of sleds and wheelers already there. This is not a public get together, but most of the guys will be friendly if you run into them out on the lake.
