hyrum???

Has anyone been up to hyrum since the last storm? I was wondering what the conditions were and if there is much slush on the ice any information will be appreciated. Thanks

I fished Hyrum this past Sunday. We fished by the spillway and there was a couple of inches of slush there. Most of the rest of the lake had standing water on top of the ice. Edges were iffy at best then, but a good foot or more of ice once you were on the ice. Raining right now, so it will only get worse by the weekend.

Almost took a scouting today, but . . .

Did catch a report that the water level has come up some, so that can't be good news for edges, 'specially where regrowth is gonna be unlikely in these temps.

So CV- how'd ya do? Smackdown with the shrimp? You like that spillway end dontcha.
