I fished the pwc ramp area yesterday. Lot's of ice not so many fish. There was still about 3" of good clear ice.

Ice cap went from what's supposed
to be the sunken island peninsula, strait west.
It will be a while for boats.

I couldn't resist any longer and drove by there this morning after work. There's still 100 yards of ice in front of the PWC ramp. There's open water, but not nearly as much as I had hoped for. Its still about 80% iced up. Its going to be a few weeks before we can get our boats in [:/] Fred K.
