New bass rig help! Braid line
#1
This is an everyday all purpose road and reel rig. I'm going with a 6"- 6"6' medium ugly stik.
Added on will be a pflueger president reel. What size braid would be sufficient? I'm going with Sufix 883. I fish mostly bass. Thanks! [fishon]

I assume it's a spinning reel. 8 or 10 is fine. I have more of my rods with 8 then 10

Yeah my rigs too, 8 lb Berkley Vanish Transition Fluorocarbon (I really like the lack of memory) on my spinning rigs, and 10 lb Spiderwire EZ Braid on my baitcast rigs...

Just to be safe, get 10 or 12LB. You never know what your next bite is going to be.
