If I am planning to fish Ut. Lake for the first time, where would be the best place to launch my 16 ft. boat from. I would be coming from Heber City. Thanks.

What part of the lake would you like to access and we can help you out.
The best one for a first timer in my opinion is the State Park in Provo.

Launch at Lincoln beach. Good facility and is very close to good walleye fishing. Head west a couple minutes from the marina and you'll see peopl stacked up on the walleye grounds.

Cory:

Mod Note: Nothing against the rules, but I'll remove the phone number. Maybe best to send a phone number via PM rather than a public post. Lot of eyes on the board (not the "wally" kind - they don't post! [:p]).

Exit spanish fork main street. Go south, head west on 400 north to 4800 west. you'll turn north then immediate west again. Follow that road out to and along west mountain to the harbor.
