]the Warrior Princess and I headed to Jordanelle this morning to test my new big foot pro kicker trolling motor. Air temp was 41 at 7 and the water temp was 46.7 never getting above 47 by 2. Fished north of hailstone trolling at different speeds to break in the new motor. Marked few fish and caught less. Jeanine scored the only nibble jigging for perch. The perch were no where to be found today not even a stray brown trout. New motor performed flawlessly even in the wind.top speed with a WT 18 Targa was 6.5 and bottom speed was .5 perfect for Walleyes. Next time we will try somewhere with fish. Tight lines.
