is this a secret meeting? Will napkins be handed out for taking notes?

That is interesting. The DWR usually isn't involved in parking issues. That would be the State UDOT, the County roads dept and the Sheriffs office.
Why would the DWR be doing this? [signature]

I thought secret napkin meetings only happened in Sevier county? I presume the meeting refers to Pineview reservoir? [signature]

I checked with personnel in our Ogden office, and they said that Wednesday's meeting is a regional open house. Anyone who lives in the Ogden Valley (or elsewhere) is welcome to come talk to DWR employees about fishing, hunting, trapping and wildlife watching in northern Utah. The time and date are correct: Wednesday, May 7 from 6–8 p.m. at the Huntsville library.
If there's anything you've been wondering about, or if you have any suggestions for fish and wildlife management in northern Utah, please stop by and talk to us. Amy Canning Communications Specialist Utah Division of Wildlife Resources [signature]

Thanks Amy for the extra info. I couldn't attach the pdf for some reason. Regarding the access issue, I heard on good authority that the City of Huntsville wants to close a couple of access points to Pineview because of litter problems. Can't say that I blame them as ignorant slobs often ruin it for the rest of the general public. I think the DWR is all for public access here and May need a few more voices and ideas for keeping the access points accessible. Perhaps it's too little too late and I can't make it myself to see but I hate to see any access closure to that lake that might also give the AL&L crooks extra $ for enjoying a public resource.
